- Are there any other people in our tour? A.- Not at all, this is a private tour, meaning that you & your party are the only ones in the tour, so that is the beauty of it, you’ll enjoy your tour with your own people and at your own pace
- How many people can you fit in the vehicle? A.- Our vehicles capacity goes from 1 to 6, 7 to 9 and 10 to 14, how ever we can always accommodate any group size as we have also minibuses & full-size buses available
- What if we are a bigger group? A.- No problem, we can quote different array of vehicles to fit up to 56 passengers.
- What time do we start our tour? A.- We normally suggest you to start between 9 am and 10 am, how ever you may always start any time you want upon availability
- What if I have been or seen already something? A.- Very simple, we’ll move on and skip that part of the tour and carry on to see something else.
- I travel with kids, do you provide car seats and booster seats? A.- Absolutely yes, just let us know at the time of your reservation, so we can make a note and get the car seats or booster seats ready for the day of your tour.
- Is there a price difference if our group is smaller than 6 and we only have 1 or 2 people? A.- We have adjusted our prices to make our tours even more affordable, so please check our prices for our full day tours.
- Can we be picked up in other areas like Anaheim or Orange County? A.- Absolutely yes, but keep in mind that there is a surcharge for pick ups in these areas.
- Why don’t you offer stretched limos? A.- Stretched limos may look great, but they are not so great for sightseeing tours, as they are extremely difficult to maneuver in most areas of Beverly Hills & Hollywood, and in addition to this the seating position is absolutely not suitable for vision purposes, this is because the seat is so far behind the windows and in most cases you are seated with your back against the window, and windows are as well very small with a limited exterior vision.
- How much should I tip to my tour guide? A.- A 15% mandatory gratuity will be added to the price due to inflation costs and COVID-19 impacts on our industry, however you are alway welcome to tip a little more, tour guides and driver will appreciate it.
- How far in advance should I book my tour? A.- The sooner, the better. Keep in mind that private tours are not offered in bulk, therefore planning ahead is highly recommended as we usually get pretty busy during the peak seasons
